Originally from Ohrid, Macedonia, Billie earned a master’s degree in Financial Law before moving to Colorado, where she discovered her true passion for beauty and aesthetics. Drawing from her European upbringing and exposure to diverse beauty trends, she seamlessly blends European elegance with modern American styles to enhance her clients’ natural beauty. Known as the “brow queen,” Billie is committed to creating transformative experiences that leave her clients confident and radiant. After working in a number of cities as a seasonal manicurist, using Aspen as her home base, she has finally transitioned to settling down full-time in the Aspen Luxe Nail Bar.
